If you're Miranda Kerr, diamonds really are a girls best friend.
The Australian stunner posed in New York City today to promote the $2.5 million diamond-encrusted bra she'll wear in Victoria's Secret's upcoming fashion show.
The 28-year-old beauty has been selected to model the lingerie brand's iconic Treasury Fantasy bra this year.

She posed next to the objet d'art wearing a gorgeous pink Michael Kors gown that showed off her figure and lovely legs to perfection.
She also touted the diamond-encrusted item this morning on the programme Fox and Friends.
The piece she'll wear in the show, which airs on the CBS network November 29, was designed by London Jewellers and took workers 500 hours to stitch the 3,400 gems.

The bra, which has a tassel of white and yellow diamonds, is intended to invoke 'the movement, rich colours and treasures of the sea,' according to the retail chain.
Kerr has accepted the honour of top Victoria's Secret Angel this year.
Other VS models who have worn the bejewelled creations include: Gisele Bündchen, Tyra Banks, Karolina Kurkova and Adriana Lima.

'It's such an honour to wear the bra!' the brunette beauty told People magazine. 'And it's such a piece of artwork! It's absolutely stunning - it kind of feels a little mermaid-like - but I can't believe I'm wearing $2.5 million on my chest.'
The supermodel, who was mostly recently snapped topless by her own husband, Orlando Bloom, for Rag & Bone's self-shot campaign, also revealed how she intends to keep herself in shape for her ultimate runway moment.

'I basically have been practising yoga for over ten years and it’s what works for me,' the mother of nine-month-old son Flynn said on her Fox and Friends sit-down.
She added: 'I eat super healthy and I take care of myself from the inside out. I don’t believe in depriving yourself, if you want to sometimes be a little bit naughty than go ahead … 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent.'
