She's known for topping the charts. But Taylor Swift's lawyers say it's not her in a topless photo posted on a gossip website.
The country singer's legal team is threatening to file a trademark-infringement lawsuit against the website Celebrity Jihad, after it posted a picture of a semi-nude woman claiming it is most likely Taylor.

The photo shows a blonde with long, curly hair that the site says 'bears a striking resemblance' to the country cutie posing on a bed with the caption 'Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?'
According to TMZ, Taylor's legal team has fired off an angry letter to Celebrity Jihad saying the woman in the photo is not Taylor and accusing the site of spreading 'false pornographic images' and 'false news.'
The Grammy winner's lawyers are also demanding the picture be taken down.

Mail Online contacted Celebrity Jihad, but so far no one from the website has responded.
As her attorneys wage legal war to protect her wholesome image, Taylor is staying focused on her career.
The performer has been busy travelling across the U.S. promoting her very first fragrance Wanderstruck.
She unveiled the scent last month and revealed it is named after the lyric ‘I’m wonderstruck blushing all the way home’ from her song Enchanted.

The multi-faceted musician has also been working on her fourth studio album.
She recently told The Hollywood Reporter she has penned 25 songs for the upcoming CD.
