When it comes to exercise, Ashley Tisdale's hard work sure is paying off.

The actress showed off her enviable physique tonight at the premiere of Disney Channel's Phineas And Ferb: Across The 2nd Dimension in L.A.

The film's star Tisdale, 26, is such a workout fanatic that just this morning she donned tiny shorts and a white sports bra for a session at the Equinox Gym in West Hollywood.

And she's no doubt glad she did because Tisdale, who had her sister Jennifer as a date at the El Capitan Theatre in West Hollywood.

The blonde looked fabulous in a All Saints sequinned mini that reflects the current trend for ethnic-style clothing

For the film, Ashley worked with an array of stars, including Kevin James, Sigourney Weaver, and Dee Bradley Baker.

Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension tells the tale of 'Perry's worst fear coming true when Phineas and Ferb finds out that he is in fact Secret Agent P.'

The description continues: 'But that soon pales in comparison during a trip to the 2nd dimension where Perry finds out that Dr. Doofenshmirtz is truly evil.'

Just like the work-outs that Tisdale has undergone to achieve that body beautiful.

This morning Tisdale's simple ensemble showed off her taut tummy and long lean legs.

The Hellcats star also carried a rather expensive gym bag - a giant Balenciaga Velo bag, which cost around $1,800.

She also accessorised with a pair of tortoise shell Carerra sunglasses.

Ashley is a regular fixture at the popular Hollywood gym, working out up to five times a week with a personal trainer.

The 5ft 3in star said she alternates between boot camp class, cardio, spinning and strength training with a personal trainer in order to keep herself in camera ready shape.

'I always make time for it, because not only is it healthy for you, but it also relieves my stress,' she told Allure magazine earlier this year.

'I’m so busy doing stuff and I get stressed a lot that working out takes me away from that.'

The High School Musical star also eats a high protein, low carb diet but tried not to limit herself too much.

'Sunday’s my day off, where I eat whatever I want,' she has said.

'I don’t not let myself have something. I do love French fries and bread.'
