Black Eyed squeeze! Fergie's zipper slips down after she pours her curves into a clingy Felix the Cat dress at LA event

She wore a kitty cat dress in a bid to look purr-fect, but Fergie made a fashion misstep last night in her feline-friendly frock.
The 36-year-old singer stepped out at a gala presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and InStyle magazine last night in West Hollywood with the back of her dress unzipped.
The tight-fitting mini by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac was daring enough with its metallic Felix the Cat face and gigantic floppy bow.
Stuck zipper: Fergie's Felix the car dress came undone at the back as she posed with Olivia Munn at the Hollywood Foreign Press event in LA last nightPerhaps the number was too tight, given that she seemed to be spilling out of the front of her dress as well.
Otherwise, the newly band-less singer looked in particularly glamorous form.
She kept the rest of her ensemble simple, accessorising with a standard black clutch and matching heels.

She wore her blonde hair in beachy waves and kept her make-up simple, letting the dress do the meowing for her.
She posed with actress Olivia Munn, who looked stunning in a similarly cut strapless red dress.
The London Bridge singer recently said farewell to her band, The Black Eyed Peas, so that she and husband Josh Duhamel could start a family.

She didn't feel that she could give the appropriate amount of time or energy into having a child if she were touring with her band.
She said in the past: 'It's all about Black Eyed Peas - there's no room in my schedule to have a child. Even if I wanted to get pregnant, there's no way I could perform on stage and be pregnant - I would feel too guilty.'
She added: 'Once I have children, the kids come first. One thing at a time for me.
Partygoers: Judy Greer and Emmy Rossum both looked stylish at the gala
Pretty people: Olivia Munn and Twilight star Julia Jones looked red hot at the party'There's a saying. I forget who said it, but it was a really good quote that said women can have it all, just not all at once. It's too much if you're doing everything at once.'
Although Fergie always knew that she couldn't do it all, Taboo was the band member who revealed the reason behind the shocking hiatus, which has come at the peak of their careers.
'We have to respect Ferg. Ferg is our sister. She definitely wants to have a family, and we're happy for her,' he recently told New Times.
Wow factor: Gabrielle Union and Miss Golden Globe Rainey Qualley are stunning

'You can't neglect. You can't not respect people's wishes. As our sister, we have to give her space.'
Although she may be focusing on a family, it clearly hasn't prevented the singer from going out.
