FlashForward actress Gabrielle Union turns heads in form-fitting metallic dress at BET gala

It's obvious Gabrielle Union doesn't cut corners when it comes to working out and maintaining her fit figure.

The FlashForward actress showed off her amazing body last night as she made an attention grabbing entrance at the BET Honors pre-show dinner inside the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.

The actress's one shouldered dress drove snap happy photographers wild.

Gabrielle, who also starred in Bad Boys II with Will Smith, is set to host the actual awards show.

The awards ceremony, which is taking place Saturday night honours people who have made a difference through service, education and the arts.

White hot: Gabrielle wore a beaded white dress and smoky eye make-up to the actual awards show on Saturday night in Washington, D.C.

Among those being toasted are author Dr Maya Angelou, Grammy Award winning musicians Stevie Wonder and Mariah Carey, filmmaker Spike Lee and the historic Tuskegee Airmen, who are the subject of the George Lucas produced new film Red Tails.

Patti LaBelle, Aretha Franklin, Cicely Tyson and rapper Common are all scheduled to perform.

While Red Tails stars Cuba Gooding Jr and Terrence Howard will help pay tribute to the Tuskegee pilots who fought in World War II.

US first lady Michelle Obama was also said to be attending tonight's ceremony.

This is the sixth year that BET has hosted the awards program.

The event is taking place at the historic Warner Theatre in Washington D.C. and will air on February 13 on Black Entertainment Television.
